Description

This app is an easy way for a small business owner to keep track of all departments, roles and salaries of all his employees .

The challenge is to architect and build a solution for managing a company’s employees using node, inquirer, and MySQL.

Installation

The appropriate packages consists of

• npm i
• npm init
• npm install inquirer
• npm install mysql
• npm install console.table

Dependencies

• const chalk = require(“chalk”);
• const mysql = require(“mysql”);
• const inquirer = require(“inquirer”);

Database

employeeDB.sql seed.sql

Usage

As a business owner I want to be able to view and manage the departments, roles, and employees of my company.
